Had a great time exploring the stunning beaches nearby. Loved having my own entrance and private parking. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a cozy sitting area.

Just adored how the hosts counted every single plug and turned them off for me. Such attention to detail.

The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and helpful, even providing us with detailed directions before our arrival. The cottage itself was immaculate, spacious, and filled with natural light. The facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee, biscuits, and milk waiting for us upon our arrival. The hosts checked in with us every day to ensure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would eagerly return.

My children wanted more outdoor activities for families with children.

The decoration in the cottage was absolutely lovely, dear. It had such a warm and inviting atmosphere, just like being at home. The general areas were well-kept and had a charming countryside feel. It was also quite accessible for senior people, with no stairs to worry about and everything conveniently located on one level.

I would have appreciated some assistance from the children working there with my luggage, especially since I'm not as strong as I used to be.

the hosts were very helpful, even calling me before my arrival to assist with directions. They had thoughtfully provided tea, coffee, biscuits, and milk for my stay. the cottage itself was spotlessly clean and exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, and filled with excellent facilities. the bedrooms were warm and cosy, and there was a shower room and separate toilet upstairs. the kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, and cooker. Throughout my stay, the hosts checked in with me daily to ensure my satisfaction and to offer any assistance I might need. I would definitely visit this cottage again. Cons: Nothing, all great! 👍.

We had a great value for our money at this cozy little cottage. The room was clean and spacious, and the location in a lovely Devon village was perfect. The staff treated us like old friends and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The breakfast menu could have had more options to choose from.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and the surrounding area.

The noise from the busy road nearby was quite disruptive, especially at night. Exiting the cottage onto the road was a bit challenging due to the restricted view of oncoming traffic.

The cottage was beautifully restored and had everything we needed for a romantic escape. the hosts were friendly and provided great communication throughout our stay. We loved the location, with easy access to nearby attractions like Woodbury Common and the scenic Exe estuary. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was spacious. a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We would have appreciated some basic essentials like salt and pepper in the kitchen and an ice cube tray in the freezer. the road outside the cottage was a bit challenging to pull out onto, which caused some daily adrenaline rushes.

The hosts were very attentive and accommodating, taking special care to cater to my dietary needs. They made sure I had everything I needed and checked in regularly to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of the cottage was exceptional, making me feel right at home.

It was quite challenging to reach the cottage on foot. There was a particularly nerve-wracking moment on a busy road without a sidewalk.
